My friends are happy to describe me as being helpful and supportive in time of need and gentlemanly towards others that have been left feeling down and treating everyone with respect but most importantly being totally honest and trustworthy with each other, but never forgetting having a sense of humour and laughter playing its part and of course trying to enjoy life as much as one can with a gentle to brisk walk out somewhere to reflect whether there is a sense of connection between us and if so to take the next stage forward.

someone who can show a caring and sensitive approach to others in time of distress or worry and to be able to indulge in a lively sense of conversation at any level they choose and has made their mark in any professional capacity in any kind of working relationship or environment which presumably they will now be in retirement., secretarial work would be well in that category as well.
