Well, here we go!
I’m grateful every day for the lovely life that I have.
Taking care of myself is a priority for me, I enjoy dance & pilates plus walking along the local beach in all weathers.
My mindset is much younger than most people my age
and I regularly volunteer for events in liverpool - love the atmosphere and feel-good aspects of this
Now retired but I’ve had a long career in nursing/child therapy. Im a northern girl with middle class values, and A new grandma!
Am kind, polite and respectful of other peoples' beliefs, am happy with my own company but much happier in a relationship - Would never embarrass myself or anyone else in public -im a lady but not a prude!!

Sorted, sane, solvent and sober- is that you? You may be irreverent, cheeky with a twinkle in your eye (just like Compo) confident enough to be able to laugh at yourself. Able to put the seat down in the wee (excuse the pun) small hours after a boozy night and more than happy to remove spiders, squish wasps and encourage me in my passions.
A kind guy who gets on with everyone and knows how to look after himself but doesnt mind looking after me too. If you are able to hold your tongue re politics and other controversial subjects, pick your battles in general and mix with people from all walks of life - great! If you enjoy walking, cooking, being home with family, looking after yourself, relaxing with your partner; if you take pleasure in simple things but also value the rewards that hard work brings and can spoil yourself sometimes that would be good too. If you are a little quirky, know your faults and are tolerant (im by no means perfect!) of others, if you have a great sense of humour (i love to laugh) and are emotionally literate they would both be the icing on the cake. If you resemble Keanu Reeves or Nicholas Cage it’s a done deal but really you should just be you and if we like each other thats great!!!
